Our foundation phase starts by helping Grade 1 learners get ready for the formal learning that starts in this phase. When a teacher identifies that a learner might need some additional attention from a specialist, they approach our school’s team. We then reach out to you to discuss assessments by one of our therapists. The therapist team, which includes speech, occupational and educational psychologists, then conduct an initial assessment follows by a personalised therapy plan until they feel the learner no longer needs it. One part of the excellent Curro education, is that academics are balanced with sports and cultural activities. Participation in activities promote team-awareness, collaboration, and self-confidence.
