The Curro Advantage: Rooted in Early Learning and Development Areas (ELDAs)
As a proud member of the esteemed Curro school group, our children benefit from an innovative programme that holistically supports their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. This cutting-edge approach to early childhood development is built around the acclaimed Early Learning and Development Areas (ELDAs). This unique framework focuses on fostering growth across key developmental domains rather than rigid, age-specific milestones. This means your child feels celebrated, supported, and encouraged to blossom at their own individual pace, free from undue pressure.
Throughout the day, children engage in joyful play and creative exploration, with our dedicated teachers and teacher’s assistants expertly guiding them through activities designed to actively engage all ELDA areas. These crucial learning and development areas include:
- Identity and Belonging: Fostering personality, building friendships, and encouraging sharing.
- Physical Well-being: Developing balance, promoting movement, and ensuring safety.
- Communication: Enhancing speech, active listening, and comprehensive understanding.
- Creativity: Inspiring play, drawing, painting, dancing, and boundless imagination.
- Mathematics: Introducing concepts of shapes, size, time, and counting.
- Learning about the World: Encouraging exploration and understanding of their surroundings.

Igniting Curiosity through Loose-Parts Play
We understand that sparking curiosity and imagination in early childhood is the cornerstone for developing crucial problem-solving and critical thinking skills later in life. That's why our exceptional preschool programme champions 'loose-parts play' and multi-purpose playthings over restrictive, single-purpose toys. This approach empowers children to explore, experiment, and discover endless possibilities through their natural inquisitiveness – whether it's stacking, rolling, sliding, fitting, or exploring colours and textures. We believe in nurturing those previously undiscovered fascinations!
Seamless Progression within the Curro Family
Being part of the extensive Curro school group offers an invaluable advantage: learners enjoy a seamless transition and preferential admission when transferring from any school within the esteemed Curro group. We are committed to guiding you through every step of the transfer process, ensuring that you and your family can easily and confidently become part of our warm and welcoming community.

We continue with our stimulating early childhood development activities, often complemented by extra fun and themed experiences. We are only closed for a specified period over the December and January festive season.
Nutritious Meals & Thoughtful Dietary Support
We believe in nourishing young minds and bodies. Our school fees include a wholesome breakfast and a morning snack, freshly prepared in our on-site kitchen and delivered promptly to classes. For our full-day attendees, a delicious lunch is also included. Half-day children have the option of adding lunch at an additional cost.
We meticulously accommodate allergies and other dietary requirements; for severe needs, we may request a medical letter to ensure our kitchen staff can accurately interpret and prepare safe meals for your child. For our littlest learners, our teachers are happy to discuss our careful procedures for storing and preparing breastmilk and powdered formula.
Personalised Attention in Every Class
Our classes are thoughtfully divided by age, ensuring that each child is in an environment tailored to their developmental stage. Every teacher is supported by one or more assistants, with ratios adjusted based on group dynamics and the number of children. This dedicated approach guarantees that each child receives the individual care and attention they need to thrive and optimally benefit from our preschool programme. Younger children and babies, with their unique needs, often benefit from an even higher number of assistants.
On-Site Nursing Care for Peace of Mind
Children learn through energetic play, which can sometimes lead to minor bumps, bruises, or unexpected illness. For your complete peace of mind, we have a registered nurse on-site throughout the school day. Please note that in compliance with national regulations, teachers are prohibited from dispensing any medicine, including over-the-counter or herbal remedies, without a valid medical doctor's prescription. Our nurse will dispense prescribed medication in class only upon presentation of a valid prescription.
Classrooms That Inspire Discovery
We believe learning flourishes through interaction with the environment. Our preschool classrooms are intentionally designed as vibrant, "inanimate teachers" themselves. They offer maximum room for joyful play and movement, while simultaneously stimulating your child's visual and tactile senses. By creating such an immersive learning landscape, your child is continually engaged in early childhood development, even during moments of relaxed social interaction with their friends.
Dynamic Outdoor Play Adventures
Our extensive outdoor play areas are a haven for exploration and physical development, featuring:
- An exciting dirt bike track
- Engaging sensory corners
- A spacious sand pit for creative construction
- Challenging jungle gyms and imaginative playhouses
- Shaded areas perfect for creative and sensory play, and much more!
These spaces are crafted to encourage active physical play, often featuring synthetic grass to minimise allergic reactions. Children enjoy outdoor play on days with moderate weather conditions, with additional safety measures taken on sunny days to protect against excessive cold or sunburn.
